    I followed the video directions. but the only folder that was in the Outlook folder was empty: C:\Users\Christine Troyano\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\FWA3B4OM I hope there is another way. Thanks for your help.

    I followed your directions, and when I searched, it didn't find anything for Shell:cache. I also searched for content.outlook and all that comes up is this thread. Not sure what else to do.... Where is the 'Organize'/folder search option? Thanks again.
