Your questions resolve the issue. Undo is functional only if there is unsaved content typed into a field whether in the task heading or in the text field beneath the heading.

Undo is not enabled apparently by default in Outlook 2007 Task as shown in the enclosed image. Can anyone advise on how to enable this feature?
