I thought the form was pretty simple and that I followed directions, but apparently I have the ability to break the simplest of things :)
Maybe I should just go with a template, instead of a form, that may not be as easy to mess up..haha.

No. If I do not prefill in the "to address", the form does not give me the opportunity to type in an address.
I am lost with this. I can make a simple message template and that works, but I must be doing something wrong with this form.

I am so happy to have found this forum and hope someone may be able to help me.
I have made my first form in Outlook 2007. It is very basic, just some "labels" and "text boxes"
I have the subject line prefilled, as well as the "to" field
I performed "run this form"...
