I created an equipment mailbox to test and it's experiencing the same symptoms. I don't really want to create it as a "room calendar" because it's a calendar for school events.

It's a user account that we created just for the use of the calendar. That way it's not tied to a staff member's account.

I tried changing the web settings inside Word and it didn't seem to make a difference. Did I need to restart after changing those settings?

Save forwarded messages was checked so I tried unchecking it but the message came back. So I ran Outlook in safe mode and the message didn't appear. I checked her Add-ins and removed two Adobe add-ins and the problem went away. Thanks Diane.

I have a user who every time they forward an email they get the following message...."This item has been changed. Still want to delete it?" I think they're using Outlook 2013. A Google search of that message brought back few results. Any help would be appreciated.
