YooHoo!!!! I got it working. Removing and adding the new account was the final tweak. Thank you so much for your patience. If I upgrade to a later version will I have to go through all this again? BTW the ability to load pics on your site is the best I've ever come across on the net...

I've done so much tweaking I'm thinking I should uninstall office and start from scratch. If I do that will the install just repopulate the program with the old data?

Sorry for all the post. I've been able to update Outlook to 12.0.6680.5000. Still asks for password and will not accept it. Can't get any further than that. :(

I downloaded and install the SP3 updates and my Outlook version is now 12.0.66071000. Just shy of your 12.0.6680.5000 or later requirement. Where do I find the the update to take me to the higher version?
