We have implemented personal tags so users can archive their messages to their online archive mailbox.
We configured a GPO so that they cannot user .pst as an archiving solution.
Unfortunately, these personal tags do not apply to calendar...

A user is assigned Publishing Editor permission on a public folder, but he cannot delete it.
However, this role includes "Delete All".
He must be owner to be able to delete it.
Is it an expected behavior ? IMHO and if I remember correctly, with Exchange 2007, he...
Personnally I use online mode but most of our employees use cached mode.
I already saw this macro, but this will not totally suit our needs, because we want the folders to be expanded in their last state when closing Outlook... Not to have all of them opened ! You would never believe folders...
Running Exchange 2013 on premises.
When using Outlook 2010, if you have all/some of your archive folders expanded, when Outlook is restarted, the view is kept.
When using Outlook 2013, archive folders are closed. When you have a huuuuuuuuuge folder structure, it's really annoying.

Is there a way to automatically delete the approval message in the other delegates mailboxes when one of them has already approved (or declined) the request...
When some people receive a certain type of message, we would like them to reply by clicking on a link that will create a new mail. We decided to use a transport rule to append a disclaimer. So far it works.

User B immediately forwards this message with an attachment to user C on the same day.
User C was on leave until 18/11/13 and did not see this message when he came back...
