    Outlook 2013. Adding office 365 email account causes 'The operation failed'

    Adding office 365 email account causes 'The operation failed. The messages interface ..... error. This affects adding contacts sending emails etc. Removal of the account then allows (after an exit and restart) the message to send. Any ideas?
