Not a magician - the code just needed to be rearranged to make outlook happy.
oops. Sorry about that - i add message boxes so i know if code is firing. There is a line for msgbox "running" - delete it.
The itemadd macro only watches the inbox and the rules are triggering before the itemadd macro. You have a couple of options - add an exception to the rule that if it has attachment, don't move or use a run a script rule. The scripts need to do all of the actions - so it would need to remove the attachment and move the message - it's not a big deal for a couple of rules, but can get unwieldy if you have a lot of rules.
If you aren't using a lot of folders, you could watch another one or two, but like rules, it gets unwieldy if you need to watch more than a couple of folders.
