    Calendar options

No, there is not a setting... microsoft figured since the appt is shown in a block of time, you didn't need to see the time. It's show in the popup when you hover - but that's not really a solution. No on this too. It's a long standing request, but I'm not expecting to see added any time soon.

Copying data from e-mail attachement to EXCEL file via macro

Its going to be a challenge for anyone - trying to pickup the totals without having the fields marked. If they are done with formulas, you might be able to find the field, but that is out of my expertise. What you need to do is get it working as a excel macro then convert it to run from outlook.

Copying data from e-mail attachement to EXCEL file via macro

as long as you are picking up all amounts in the files, you should be able to find the column where amt is and select the cells with values. Then you'll put them in the next available cell. if you need to match values with entries, you should pick up the entire row and fill in all values, not...

Copying data from e-mail attachement to EXCEL file via macro

So you need to get this from an attachment.... how is the cell identified? Is the copy-to-cell the next one in in the list? As long as their a pattern to use to find the cell and a way to identify the copy-to-cell, its doable. You'll need to save the attachment and open it then grab the values...

Some of my favorite data in outlook.

You shouldn't be using a pst file with an exchange account.... what exactly happened right before the data disappeared?

When working on emails in a certain folder, when I hit reply or reply all, I would like it re always reply all and add an email address to send to

    How to import contact list

BTW, you can select all, copy and paste into contacts. Use Ctrl+A, C then Ctrl+V into the folder. Oh, and you can use any view - but if you use people view, paste in the list, not in the preview pane.

    How to import contact list

Use Copy to My Contacts. It's slow but works - and puts them into the default contacts folder. Full or empty doesn't matter... it should work (and does here) - you need to drag to the list, not to the reading pane (if on) - or to the folder. You can select all and drag - especially if all...

    Activity Tracking with Userform

if it is doable, someone probably has done it... whether there are code samples online is another matter. Are you going to use custom forms that records each open? That would be the only way to do this - unless you use a com addin (or a macro) installed every workstation. A com addin would...

    How to import contact list

you should be able to drag them one at a time to the contacts folder or open them and click save. Dragging them in bulk used to create a message with attachments, but its worth trying to see if it still does.
