How can we view Blocked email addresses

Open Outlook.com's settings: Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Junk Mail - blocked addresses will be there. I don't know if its so much the phonic spelling (although it can help with dictionary attacks) - but it definitely helps if you don't use the address publicly. You can...

Printing from Outlook is now defaulting to "Shrink to Fit"!

I thought it was always an Edge default but its possible it was changed in a recent build - I don't print too much from Edge. (I'm pretty sure IE defaulted to shrink to fit - if not, it does now.)

Printing from Outlook is now defaulting to "Shrink to Fit"!

It think it always defaults to shrink to fit when you print from the web but you should be able to click it and change it to 100%.

VBA to auto forward message with new subject and body text

The code should work. Did you set the macro security to low and restart outlook? Change .Send to .Display during testing so you can see the message without actually sending it. I often add msgbox "macro running" as the first line in macros that aren't working correctly to see if the...

Ctrl Alt d date stamp use

If you use the command button, you can enable or disable updating. But that setting only applies to entering it using the disalog. Alt+N,D, Enter will insert the default date format using the dialog below. Using the keyboard shortcut is always going to update. (It's Alt+Shift+D BTW. :) )

    Scheduled backup of imap account

Carbonite can back up open data files, so it is possible - the big thing is the files are in a folder that is not normally included in a bacup, so you need to add that path. I would also recommend testing the backup to see if it opening in outlook. Replace the current ost file with a backup...

Outlook Office 365 client: won't remember my setting File, not to collapse ribbon

The last setting should always stick, regardless of how you make the change. (double click on a tab works too).

    Send/receive error 80040119

it could mean the pst is corrupt or the profile is correct. Rather than using scanpst, create a new pst and set it as the delivery location for the user. Make sure you select the email account in Account settings and click change folder at the bottom - selecting the new pst. (It might be worth...

Outlook 2010 Reading Pane Slows Startup

That is in File > Options > Trust Center > Automatic download. The reading pane is trying to render the mail. Why its taking so long could be because its trying to download content or because an imap account is set as the start folder and imap accounts take longer to load.

Create date folder and move messages daily

The macro on this page will get you close - Use a Macro to Move Aged Email in Outlook you just need to create the folders. This should create the folder as a subfolder of the inbox - replace Set objDestFolder = objSourceFolder.Folders("Old") with it On Error Resume Next strDate =...

    OLADD.FAE Error When Exporting Contacts

BTW, you aren't using outlook installed on the server with the exchange account? If so, you need to run fixmapi.

    OLADD.FAE Error When Exporting Contacts

I would start with a quick repair. Right click on the start menu and choose Apps & Features, find and select the Office installation. Choose Modify then select the Quick repair option.

Outlook 2010 Reading Pane Slows Startup

Usually when it sits on the splash, its running a data file repair in the background. Do you have outlook set to download external content? If a message is selected that has external content, it can slow it down and turning off the reading pane would definitely help. Which folder is set as...

    Scheduled backup of imap account

I'm not familiar with that backup software, but in most cases, yes, outlook should be closed. Some were designed to do incremental backups and properly work with Outlook but many do not.

VBA to send reminder email if no response

To remove a flag / reminder before it fires, you'll clear the flag and set reminders to false and set categories to blank using "". If you use categories and want to clear a specific category, I have code for that somewhere. .ClearTaskFlag .ReminderSet = False .Categories= "" Dismiss the...

Missing text in e-mail message after "(Please keep confidential)"

I will see if i can repro on my mac. It's definitely not a feature I'm aware of on mac - either its done with the magic of css or outlook didn't download the entire message. Right click on the very bottom - if you see View source, click it and see if you see the full message in the source code.

Missing text in e-mail message after "(Please keep confidential)"

That is not an Outlook feature. It would be done by an online service. Do you know what the sender uses for email server?

    Scheduled backup of imap account

Not within outlook's default settings. You need to use a macro or 3rd party backup program. I have a macro to backup the calendar, contacts, tasks folders. It could be tweaked to do all folders or to do specific folders...
