Using Libraries when inserting a file in Outlook 2013
Under Win 7 and Outlook 2013, I'm pretty sure I had access to file Libraries when inserting a file into an email. I am now running Win 8.1, have set up Libraries in my File Explorer, but the Attach File command in Outlook does not show the Libraries. Is this possible under Win 8.1 and Outlook...- ddholmes

Outlook 2013 : controlling message size in Windows 8.1
I'm running Outlook 2013 on a new Dell tablet running Win 8.1. When I run Outlook on the tablet, Outlook will not remember the size of messages, either in read mode or write mode.
