Sorry, I missed some of your questions above. I have Office H&B 2010 disk. I made sure all my updates are current. Downloaded the BCM 2010 file from the link you gave above (release date Nov 2014).- Carmen

No other office suites installed. Yes, Send by email command works in other applications. Funny, I had not replied to your response because I finally got it working back in Feb.
