    It changes from Arial 12 to Calibri 12. He does use the account on a MacBook, a iPhone 6 and a home computer, but it only seems to happen on his work one, though I think he only creates appointments on the work PC.

    It looks like my boss is still having the issue even after removing the addin for iCloud - could it be another addin? He also has GoToMeeting for Outlook and RingCentral for Outlook. Both of those have been part of his setup for years, but could they be causing the issues?

    Those were the weird categories that were showing up. Hopefully, removing that addin will fix the issue. I will find out for sure tomorrow.

    He also had an addin for iCloud that I removed and I restarted his PC. Another issue he's been having is that his fonts change in appointments, as well - could that be related? The macro inserts some info (initials and time) into new tasks.
