It changes from Arial 12 to Calibri 12. He does use the account on a MacBook, a iPhone 6 and a home computer, but it only seems to happen on his work one, though I think he only creates appointments on the work PC.
A bit more information - he 'recycles' appointments. He'll pull ones from the past and reuse them for future appointments with the same customer, just changing the date and time and maybe part of the body of the appointment - he'll save it and then, when he checks it later, the categories have...
It looks like my boss is still having the issue even after removing the addin for iCloud - could it be another addin? He also has GoToMeeting for Outlook and RingCentral for Outlook. Both of those have been part of his setup for years, but could they be causing the issues?
He also had an addin for iCloud that I removed and I restarted his PC. Another issue he's been having is that his fonts change in appointments, as well - could that be related?
