That is what I figured but management was up my a** to make it happen. Now with multiple people telling me it is not possible i can finally get them to back off.

Only adding is BCM. In BCM click on accounts tab, double click account name and in the new window at the bottom a list of related contacts is displayed. I would like to customize the columns displayed in the list.
When you double click an account name its information opens in a new window. At the bottom of the Account window there is a "Related Contacts" section. I am looking to find out if there is a way to change the columns that are displayed. Any help would be appreciated.:confused:
