Added these CNAMES last night and enjoyed a couple hours of full folder availability. Went to sleep happy. Woke up and looked at my laptop, dreading the moment I opened Outlook because I just knew it wouldn't last. And it didn't. Same problem, back.

Did all that a week ago. Also hunted down and disabled Skype Meeting Add-In in Outlook, and just uninstalled regular old Skype for good measure. Still stuck.

Open File Location is actually greyed out for the problem mailbox! Now, my OTHER colleague's mailbox - christy@mydomain.com - when I right-click on that one, Open File Location is available, but when I choose it I get the message The Attempted Operation Failed. An Object Could Not Be Found.

I don't see Open File Location when I right-click, but I see Data File Properties, which when chosen prompts 'cannot display folder properties'. Also worth noting: I can't access my Personal Forms when this problem occurs. Something is jamming Exchange up.
