I have a set up a number of user-defined fields for existing Business Contacts and Accounts and would like to be able to update these user-defined fields with data from another source. The source is a CSV file and contains additional activity related data. This data would be required to overwrite any existing data in the user-defined fields. Is there a way of doing this?
I can see that I can import data from the CSV file to create new Business Contacts or Accounts which would include the User-defined fields, but that results in duplicate Business Contacts and Accounts. Using Outlook 2007 with BCM on Vista Home Premium with latest Service Pack.
