How can I increase the printed font when I print my calendar for the week
through Outlook, Office 2007 version? I did not have this problem with Outlook until our office upgraded to Office 2007. When I go into Calendar, Print (using weekly style), the agenda items print so small I need a magnifying glass. I tried a few things and can't seem to find the right command to increase the font. - Help!

In Page setup, adjust the "Print from time" and "Print to time" to
bracket the work time. Thanks Bob - but what I meant was that the appointment items print very small. I've tried going through FIle. Page setup.Format.Fonts and increase the Appointments font - but see no oncrease in fonts in the printed version.

Changing the setting I indicated allows a larger font to be displayed.
It is currently constrained due to the amount of time slots you have set to print. bettyhm7 wrote: > Thanks Bob - but what I meant was that the appointment items print very > small. The font size adjusts based on the content. Try the calendar printing
assistant instead.
