Sync problems with some folders

Hey all

Not entirely sure if this problem is related to Outlook Connector. I've set up my live hotmail account with Outlook 2007 using Outlook Connector. Everything is working fine except for a couple of folders that won't sync. One of them is the sent folder. None of my past sent emails will appear in Outlook. Newly sent emails (after setting up the account in Outlook) do appear though.

Another folder shows up in Outlook, but none of the emails contained in it appear in Outlook.

There are no sync error messages.

Is there a way to reset the account in Outlook to get it to sync again? Maybe that will help. Thanks for any help!

I had similar problems. I ended up removing the account from my profile, uninstalling the connector, rebooting and reinstalling it and adding the account back.

How did you do this exactly? The only account I have in Outlook is my live hotmail and it won't let me remove it.

Remove the account from the profile (or remove the entire profile) from Control panel, Mail. (Switch from category to icon or classic view if you can't find the Mail applet).

When you restart Outlook, go into control panel, mail and add the account back or make a new profile.
