Migration from Exch 2003 Enterprise to 2007 Standard

We have a single Win 2003 Enterprise server running Exchange 2003
Enterprise, we've purchased a new server that will be installed in the
forest as a new Win 2008 Standard + exchange 2007 Standard server and
want to migrate all 2003 email boxes and addresses to the new Exchange
2007 server.

Can anyone post a link to a white-paper or document/plan for such a
migration?
