You have to be a bit more specific. One problem we struggled with was

related to Exchange 2007 SP1 with Rollup not higher than 7 on Windows

2008.

Here the users could not download the Offline Address Book (OAB) with

Outlook 2007 clients. Outlook 2003 clients were -- naturally -- not

affected.

The reason for this are problems with IIS kernel mode authentication.

Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollup 8 turns off kernel mode authentication.

However, if you are on a lower patch level with Windows 2008, you must

turn it off manually. The first reference I found to this problem was

here:

OAB Never Downloads for Outlook 2007 Clients with Exchange 2007 on

Should this be your problem?

What SPs? And is this happening to users on both versions?

What are the errors you see in the sync issues folder?

Hi - please try using a newsreader (which can quote replies properly)

instead of the web interface to the newsgroups. I am having a hard time

following.

Please include the full, exact error message from the sync issues folder

error.

Outlook 2003 should be on SP3 - OL2007 to SP2.
