From Outlook 2007 I've sent my calendar to someone attached to an email.
They're also using Outlook 2007. Opening the email they clicked on the
"Open This Calendar" button so they could see the calendar displayed next to
theirs in the regular calendar view. Since the original email, I've sent
them two updates and they've opened each of them as they came in. Now their
calendar views shows three check boxes in the People's Calendars group of
the navigation pane named MyName, MyName(1), and MyName(2) and they can be
viewed or hidden by cliccing the approriate check box. So far, so good.
But now he would like to delete all but the most recent version. Right
clicking on the icon and choosing "delete" produces an error message that
says "Unable to delete folder. Right click on the folder, click on
properties and verify you have permissions or see your network
administrator. The folder is full." So any ideas how she can delete the
out of date calendars? (System is on a stand-alone laptop in a peer-to-peer
network with Outlook set up for Internet mail only, the mailbox is a pst
file, and there is no Exchange server or network permissions involved.)
