I am using Outlook07. When I click on messages in Inbox, the messages open
with message toolbar.
Today, something happened. When I open messages, I do not see message
toolbar but a menubar with three menus (message, Add-ins, and Adobe PDF). I
find it a little inconvenient. How can I recover the familiar message
toolbar? Jorge

Which "Message Toolbar" are you referring to? It sounds like you already see
it as you describe it as a menu. What is the difference in your view?
If you mean that you have minimized the Ribbon holding the commands on those
tabs, double click on the header (Messages) to expand it again.

I found that the ribbon was minimized. It was hard to find how the ribbon
was minimized..
When I click on "customize quick access menubar", the ribbon was minimized.
Thanks. Jorge

That's indeed also a way to expand it again.

You're welcome! :)
