If you have personally successfully saved a Tasks list (.pst) folder and
transferred (exported?) it from one computer to another, would you please be
kind enough to e-mail me step-by-step instructions that really work? I bought
a new laptop, and I have a number of Personal Folder Tasks lists in my old
desktop computer that I would like to send (export?) from my desktop computer
to my laptop computer. Thank you very much for your help.

Simply copy your pst-file to the other computer and reconnect it via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

Basically with OL closed copy the pst files to memory stick, from there to
Documents folder on new pc.
Open the data file within OL, File>Open
Set it as default or copy stuff via drag & drop

I use this utility for synching my desktop to my laptop:

http://www.synchpst.com/

I have used it for years and it works excellent.
