Who knows? I thought it was a legit 404 page myself. In any event, the OP
tells us that he triple-checked his settings and now all is well...except
that he replied to himself and neglected to continue the crosspost to OE
General (and I'm not crossposting this reply to WinXP General):

Since the old link showed OE messages I'm assuming a typo
for a revision. OTOH I never saw the original so maybe the
current version *is* the revision? Who knows? <eg>

Robert may have the best explanation, a filename typo(or adding to the possibility...a later file saved on top of the filename).

At least all is well (with an apparent odd solution). :)
