Sending emails determined to be SPAM by OE

I have been trying to send an email with a photo attached and OE
considers the email to contain SPAM and the server will not process
the email. I have sent many photo attachments in the past with no
problems. Not sure what has changed. Is there a setting in OE that I
need to change. If so, I will probably need some help in finding that
setting since I am somewhat technology challenged.
Thanks, Bob

OE does not have the ability to do what you say. It is just a tool. Where do
you see a reference to spam? Do you get an error message?

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

Which AV program do you have installed?

Do you have AV email scanning enabled?

Your mailserver might think the messages are spam but OE couldn't care less.
Post the complete (verbatim) error message.

I sent the message and then I received a quarantine report from the
email server saying the message may contain Spam. When I look at the
original message in the sent file, it has this message attached. "OE
removed access to the following unsafe attachment in your message" and
gives the name of the attachment. The message was never received by
the person it was sent to.

In the sent folder the email has a message that says,"OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachment in your mail" and gives the
name of the attachment.

-------OK. You got a message from your server saying the message may contain spam.
You didn't get it from Outlook Express.

When you look at the message in Sent Items, that is a different story all
together. Tools | Options | Security. Uncheck: "Block messages........".

I made the change as suggested and have sent the message with
attachment to two different people. If it works I will let you know.

OE had nothing to do with this. Contact your provider (assuming the report
came from your provider, not the recipient's).
