Well, the Clinton Ford post was in 2007, and as far as I can tell there is
STILL no way to easily create a single letter from an Outlook 2007 or BCM
contact!

If you want to email the person running BCM (which I did) wondering why this
hasn't been addressed since 2007 here's the email
mukeshag@online.microsoft.com. Maybe they'll pay attention if enough people
email over.
