Sorry if this is a duplicate post, but is there a ".bat" file or a script

file that I can get a copy of that will convert all previous office file

formats (Office 97-Office 2003) to the Office 2007 file format.

The only way I know to do that today is to open each one, one at a time, and

do a "file->save as"

Thanks

Wasn't real clear on need - I have over 6000 files on several network drives

I need to convert - I would like the .bat file or script to run over the

weekend - or something like that ... :)

File> Save As wont do it

Generally you open the old data file in Outlook 2003 or 2007, then create a

new data file in default format then copy data from old to new

(the old format is 97 - 2002, I assume you made a typo)

Whether there are third party tools?

Old Format is 97-2003

New format is 2007

I am currently opening Old File Format with Word, Powerpoint, Exce 2007, and

then clicking on the Office button, and saving in the new format.

But to do all 6000+ file will take a high number of man-hours.

So yes, I was asking if anyones have a tool to assist with the conversion.
