I have just downloaded the Beta version and during the installation it
suggested I uninstall the previous version. I did because I could always
re-install with the installation disc of Office 2007.

But now it will not let me open outlook

I have tried the

Outlook.exe /safe
Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

-- in the run

but neighter have worked.

Can anyone give me a solution to this problem (I have 32-bit Windows 7)??

Figured it out. You have to go into your control panel / mail , then create a
new "mail profile" . It should then work.
