user not showing in address book when using outlook cached mode

Please advise, I have one user who doesn't show up in the gobal address list

when I lookup that user on an outlook client in cached mode. If i remove

cached mode, I can find the user. Even tried to force download address book,

but still can't see the user.

You'll need to have the admin check the account settings- is he hidden from

the GAL?
