Restoring Database to BCM

My hard drive crashed, but I backed-up my BCM database to a thumb drive.
Once I installed a new hard drive, I installed BCM and tried to restore my
database. I'm getting an error message that says I was not originally
authorized to back-up the database. Not sure what to do?

Launch Outlook as an administrator and see if you restore the database

Your tip is four years old, but to me you deserve a medal. After almost a year I have my database back. I thought I lost it due to a crashed a hard disk and had the same error message.
