A popup dialog box Copy/Open comes up trying to access this file. It seems to be stuck in a loop trying to access this file which I don't want it to do. How do I get it to stop trying to access this file on startup?

It also seems to be affecting my Blackberry's ability to sync with my PC.

THANKS!

With Outlook closed, open the Mail applet from Control Panel and edit your settings for that mail profile to remove the missing .pst file.

Sue,

Thank you for the prompt response. However, I've no idea how to "open the Mail applet" and edit my settings. I would appreciate if you could provide more specific / further instructions. Thank you very much.
