I am unable to launch MS Outlook for my selected email profile. The error msg says:
<Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.>
The error msg pops out when the Send/Receive is taking place.
There is a Restart BCM option - when selected, the Outlook keeps restarting, and when not selected, the program just close.
However, I am able to view emails for other email profiles.
Have tried rebooting the system but it just does not work this time
Can someone help me out here?
