I use FatCow for my webhosting. I was advised by a rep to switch from using webmail for email access to using Outlook. We transferred all saved email and address book and it worked fine for one week. Somehow everything got switched back to webmail and I started receiving my mail thru webmail again. HOWEVER, none of the saved emails transferred over. Now when I go into Outlook, there are emails in there from 2007 and an old email address. How do I find the emails that were transferred over to Outlook 2 weeks ago?

See Help, About for your version of Outlook. Also, what type of account did you configure in Outlook?

paste the following line in the address bar of Windows Explorer:

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

This will open the default location Outlook uses for pst files. Use the Details view and check file sizes and dates - do any correspond with the last time you used Outlook to get your web mail?
