We share a public folder for our schedulers - all requests for work come in via email into the public folder. One request we get on a daily basis is in a table format on an email that is html formatted. The problem is once the email arrives into the public folder, it is auto converted to a text format and all of the table formatting is lost. We converted all of the systems used to access this public folder to office 2007 and Windows 7 partly to fix this problem. For the first two months since converting to all new systems, all emails received remained in the html format, but a couple of days ago started to again be auto converted to text format. Any ideas how & why this is happening or how to troubleshoot?
