Windows Live Hotmail is rejecting my messages sent from my ATT.net email account.

I just started receiving messages indicating that messages from my att email account are being blocked by Hotmail. I am receiving 550_SC-004 Permanent Failure message from Hotmail. The following is the detail message I am receiving:


A message (from <njmalston@att.net>) was received at 8 Apr 2010 20:17:12 +0000.

The following addresses had delivery problems:

<njmalston@hotmail.com>

Permanent Failure: MAIL FROM: <njmalston@att.net> 550 REPLY: 550_SC-004_Mail_rejected_by_Windows_Live_Hotmail_for_policy_reasons._A_block_has_been_placed_against

_your_IP_address_because_we_have_received_complaints_concerning_mail_coming_from_that_IP

Any information that can help me to resolve this problem will be great appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Diane,

All of a sudden all is well again and has been for awhile. No further blocked messages to my Hotmail buddies. I actually started out on the policy reasons link and that lead me to this forum. I will review the other link you suggested and use it for future reference.
