I am receiving 2 identical emails

I have provided log lines from server and it shows only 1 email.


Here are the log lines from our mail server.

the 1st one:

Why is this happening?

Uninstall Norton, use the tool on Norton site to completely remove Norton, reboot , retest If OK reinstall Norton *without* the outlook integration
