As long as you have a yahoo plus account, it will work using the POP3 protocol.

Do you get any send and receive errors? What port do you use to send? Some ISPs block port 25 so you either need to use the ISPs server or a different port.

Do you have any errors in the send/receive progress dialog?

You can also turn on logging. File, Options, Advanced - very bottom of dialog. Screenshot:http://slipstick.me/jing/log.png After trying to send, open the log in notepad and see what it says.

Check if you have these settings and if it works fine

POP3

Server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com

SMTP:

Server: plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Click on More setting Advance.

For Incoming server (pop 3) check the box “This server requires an encrypted connection”

Port: 995

For Outgoing server

SSL: enabled

Port: 465.

Click ok.

Check if you are able to send mails.
