Exchange 2010 (RTM) Troubleshooting Assistant web access

When I try and run the "Troubleshooting Assistant" I recieve the following error when it is checking for updates:

"An error occurred when trying to access the web"MCSE, MCP+I, CNA

Yes. and just for the record, I'm having these problems starting the "Mail flow troubleshooter" or "Tracking log explorer" started from the EMC.

We've installed Exchange 2010 SP1 and now there are no updates for the tools. So two things could have happened:

1) The error is caught and a default message is shown (less likely)

2) The URL has been fixed (more likely, but not testable for me)

So, my answer is: Install Servicepack 1 and try again.
