if you installed exchange 2010 on Windows 2008 standard you cannot use DAG ( database availability Group ) , if you want to get benefit of using this feature you have to install the exchange on windows 2008 enterprise edition

Correct, because the Failover Clustering is not available in Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition.

The only other thing that is not related is the BranchCache Hosted Server

There are a lot of things 2008 Enterprise has or can do that Standard does not, but as far as Exchange 2010 is concerned the lack of Windows Failover Clustering is the biggie.Brian Day, Overall Exchange & AD Geek
