export-mailbox to pst needs outlook 2010 installed on exchange ?

When I try to export a mailbox to a pst file i get the error:
To export to or import from a .pst file, the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010 or later must be installed on the server to which you are connecting to.
Is this the case ? But outlook 2010 is still in beta

Yes, you can run import/export on a server running Exchange Server 2010 with outlook 2010 64-bit and the 2010 management tools.

It is recommended to do this operation on a dedicated Exchange Server 2010 that doesn't have any mailboxes.

So I can do this export to pst from a windows vista machine with just the exchage 2010 management tools installed on it ?

I agree with Elie.

To export data from a .pst file, you must run the Export-Mailbox cmdlet against an Exchange server that has the 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 installed. We recommend that you run the command on a dedicated Exchange server that doesn't have any mailboxes.
