Unable to Setup 3rd Party Certificate

I have purchased a 3rd party certificate from godaddy.com and am having a hard time getting it working. From the Exchange Management Console I click on "New Exchange Certificate" and then create my CRL. I submit to godaddy, download the crt file and then complete the process to import the certificate. It seems to work fine however I get the error "The certificate is invalid for exchange server usage".

Does anyone know what may cause this? I have also tried doing this using the Exchange Management Shell and still get the same error.

Thanks in advance.

What Must be happening is Open MMC than add certificates View.

Than Go in trusted Certificates.

Verify the certificate of Go Daddy or verisign (Who ever is your provider.)

Does the cert Exists ?

The issue was that I was missing the required root certificate for GoDaddy (Valicert_class2_root.crt) downloadable at https://certs.godaddy.com/anonymous/repository.seam?cid=274766. Once I installed this I was able to successfully get my UCC cert working. GoDaddy support says they don't include this in their setup instructions because my server should have already had it installed however it was not there on my Server 2008 R2 Enterprise fresh install. Comparing it to my 2003 server there are a lot of root certs not installed natively. That may be another issue all together.

Thanks to everyone who helped.
