Export Microsoft Outlook data to Microsoft Access datatable

Hi

I am trying to simplify the email situation. I get emails through outlook 2007 and want to transfer customer data into an Access datatable. I want the headings to fall under the correct category. Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks.

In Outlook

e.g Name: John Smith, Phone: 555-1212, City: Turlock, State: CA

Into Access

Name: John Smith

Phone: 555-1212

City: Turlock

State: CA

For the benefit of people who can give you an answer on this; how is it that you're getting the information into Outlook? Is it some kind of webform that gets filled out and submitted or what? And why do you have to go through Outlook? Can't you do it programmatically? I think the folks will want some more business requirements here.
