My Client is looking for exchange 2010 configuration. So the requirement is:

Any user send mail to external (Customer) mail ids, all external replies should come to one common mailbox. Can any one let me know how this can be achieved. Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Praveen

Thanks for your quick response.

When a user sends mail to external mailbox, and when the external user replies to the users mails, the replies should always come to one common mailbox automatically. And from there exchange admin would redistribute to the users accordingly depends on which department it has to go.

For example:

User1@xyz.com from sales department sends a product info to user100@abc.com (external mailbox)

user100@abc.com when replies to the mail that should automatically come to info@xyz.com

Similarly any user sends mail to external users and they reply back, automatically the replies should come to info@xyz.com

I would like check if there is any option like that.

Thanks,
Praveen

I think that this cannot be done easily and bit risky even with transport rules, I htuink you need to suggest to your customer an issue tracking portal
