Could not find any available Global Catalog in forest AFR.local.

It cant find a GC. You'll need to troubleshoot from that angle. I suspect there are errors in the app log on the OWA server as well.

Check info:

1. Can you provide a little more details on what you were doing when you got this? Where you copied the error from? What machine you were trying to access it from?

2. Is it a pure exchange 2007 environment? Please describe the exchange topology

3. Is there any error event in the application log on the exchange servers?

4. Please run ExBPA against the exchange servers for health check

If you have a first time this error, restart Microsft Exchange Active Directory Topology Service in Services.msc on your Exchange server
That should work
