Hi guys

After coming back after the hols we have a server that no longer works for webmail for domain users. when you log in as a user to https://server.domain/exchange and enter the user name and password (forms is disabled) webmail logs in. however you can only see the frame in the window . both the toolbar side and the contents of outlook webmail is missing.

both frames state the following

The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

as if the web is missing. i have restarted IIS but still have the same issue.

strangely. if i log in as administrator it works fine. however if i add a user to the administrators group they still do not work.

Thanks for the help

Hi there,

Please can you tell us the version of Exchange, OS, SP level and anything else you may think will help us help you fix the problem quickly.

It sounds like a permissions issue as you state the Administrator accounts work fine - do you by chance have a Change Control system in place? What was the last change made?

Sorry,

Its SBS2003 with exchange SP2 - nothing has changed. though we figured it to be a permission issue. we have run through a few KBase articles that describe the permissions for each virtual directory however all seems to be correct.

Thanks

Hi there,

I'm having the same problem with some of my users, not all. Did you ever find a solution?

Thanks
