Incorrect tracking information received from room mailbox when creating a meeting request with Outlook 2007 SP 2 in cached mode

If we book an appointment and invite a meeting room with Outlook 2007 SP2 in cached mode, the tracking information received from the room mailbox is not correct. The meeting room is a room mailbox which sends automatic replies. For example: accepted, declined or tentative. We receive a mail from the room mailbox which says that the room has accepted or declined the meeting, but when we click on the "tracking" button all responses are set to "none".
If we do the same action with Outlook 2007 SP2 in online mode or with Outlook Web Access, the tracking information is correct!

Fyi we have Exchange 2007 SP2 RU1 on all our Exchange servers.

Is this a known issue of Outlook 2007 or is it a bug on the server level?

Would you please let me know is this issue happen on all the meeting room and can be reproduce?

Is this meeting room manage by the delegate? Because the calendar of the room always in a tentative state and waiting a delegate approval.

To check the setting of this room, please use this command below:

C:\>Get-MailboxCalendarSettings Resource1 |fl

You also could log on the meeting room by OWA to check the meeting request status in Resource mailbox.

It happens to all our meeting rooms and can be reproduced. Yes, we worked with and without a delegate. When the meeting room replies, the meeting request has always the correct status in the resource mailbox. In the organizer's mailbox we receive a tentative response(title says R.ICTS Test Bureau Greet S.390-73.00.17 tentatively accepted), but this cannot be found in the tracking. This received message also says:
Accepted:No attendees have accepted.
Tentative:No attendees have tentatively accepted.
Declined:No attendees have declined.
The body says "Your request was received and is pending approval"

After the delegate u0029566 approved the message, the tracking is correct again. (title says Greet Schoovaerts on behalf of R.ICTS Test Bureau Greet S.390-73.00.17 ) and in the tracking we can see "accepted".
After opening the message we can also see:
Accepted:R.ICTS Test Bureau Greet S.390-73.00.17
Tentative:No attendees have tentatively accepted.
Declined:No attendees have declined.

We did the same test with Outlook 2007 in online mode or with OWA, both response mails give the correct tracking information in the organizer's mailbox.
For example, we created the same meeting request with OWA and received the correct response and tracking information in Outlook (cached or online mode). The problem only seems to occur when creating the meeting request with Outlook in cached mode.
