There is a problem with the profile or the connection to the Exchange server. It could almost literally be anything.

Hi,

Would you please let me know if it is working when user use OWA to access mailbox?

You could use another computer and create a new outlook profile to test it.

Please follow the steps here to trouble shooting on the same computer:

1. Please disable all firewall and anti-virus software temporarily to check the issue

2. Start outlook in safe mode <Start->Run->outlook /safe> to check the issue

3. Disable all Non-Microsoft Services and reboot PC, see if we can reproduce issue

a. Start->run->msconfig

b. “Services” tab->check “Hide All Microsoft Services”->click “Disable All” Button

c. OK and Reboot, check the issue

Thanks,

Richard.

Hi,

Did you fix the problem already?

Would you please let me know what"s the outlook version and exchange version?

Additionally, please check the Exchange console for any warning or error, specially for the Services not running e.g.

If the issue still appears, please post the original error information on the forum.

Thanks,

Richard.
