user accounts 'check name' to wrong exchange 2010 CAS

I've got two 2010 servers in 2 sites; both are CAS/MB/HT. Users are split by site. When I do a 'check name" for a user in either site/exchangeserver it resolves to the same CAS, not the CAS that would be local to the user. Is this normal?http://exchangedeepthoughts.blogspot.com

For the users that are resolving wrong, can you run the following command?

Get-MailboxDatabase <DB name> | fl RpcClientAccessserver

The RpcClientAccessServer parameter is going to point to the CAS that the user will resolve to. If it is wrong, you can change it by:

Set-MailboxDatabase <name of DB> -RpcClientAccessServer &ldquo;CASArray or CASFQDN&rdquo;
