Hi,

I have been trying to view all my email account inboxes in one unified inbox in Outlook 2010. I know this was possible in Outlook 2007. I have 2 IMAP and one POP3 accounts. Can you help me please?

Thanks.

It's only possible if you have all the mail delivered to one pst file - search folders can't search multiple pst files. Instant search can - search criteria of read:no and search all mail items would show all unread items in one folder.

You have to configure all the accounts as POP and select the options Existing Outlook data file under Internet mail settings window.

If you configure the account as IMAP it will by default create a separate folder for it. and select the options Existing Outlook data file.

Thats rather poor of a client such as Outlook 2010 not to just have a view over the folders!
