We have a older 2003 exchange server and have moved many users over to 2010.

We have an IT SUPPORT account that we can't seem to move..

When issuing the New-MoveRequest I get the following error.

Creating New Move Request for CN=IT Support,OU=Phantom Users,OU=Information Technology,DC=crimzonrose,DC=domain .Please
wait this may take few minutes...
The critical property 'ExchangeGuid' is missing in the MailUser object 'IT Support'.
+ CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (crimzonrose.dom...sers/IT Support:MailboxOrMailUserIdParameter) [New-M
oveRequest], RecipientTaskException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : 841B2E21,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.NewMoveRequest

ANY ideas.. ?

Looks like the destination user does not have Mailbox GUID populated in his properties. When moving a mailbox make sure the destination user has msexchmailboxguid populated.

Thanks

Had to backup, delete & recreate the user in the OLD system then restore..

THEN I could move him over.. no errors...
